very evocative book, understated in a thought provoking manner and devoid of any pretense. Juillet's characters linger in your mind long after the cover is closed. Well done Juillet.

Very interesting story about the whole Shannon peace movement. It really brought me back to that time and I found the book very moving. Really amazing story. So glad I bought this one! Thankyou.

This is definitely the best book I've read in ages. I picked it up at the airport because I saw on the cover that Nell McCafferty had reviewed it, and I have to say that she's bang on the money with this one! The writing is so neat and light, and it's a fantastic story that just grows and grows with every page. I can't wait until Juliet Bressan's next book comes out!
